shortens my E-mail server address

Hi,

When I add in my E-mail server address in my email settings helpdesk does not save the full address but changes the “mail.futurestudios.com” to “mail.futurestudios.c”

When I subsequently check for tickets I get the message ..

Error: No such host as mail.futurestudios.c

Even though when setting up it verified OK .. its just seems to be when saving the settings.
