MySQL Error while logging into CP

Hi,
After using this add-on for some time I began to get this error while logging into Control Panel
MySQL ERROR:
Error Number: 2006
Description: MySQL server has gone away
Query: SELECT settings FROM exp_extensions’s WHERE class = ‘Analytics_panel’ LIMIT 1
After setting through phpMyAdmin all Google Analytics Panel extension hooks to
enabled = 'n'
logging into Control Panel starts to work again.
It seems that this might be result of some bug.

Two things:
1) Is it a typo where your error example says exp_extensionss as opposed to exp_extensions?
2) If you look at your exp_extensions table, are there rows there for analytics_panel?
If it was working for some time, then suddenly stopped, my guess is that something corrupted or truncated the database table, or there is a conflict with another add-on.

Hi Derek,
After several instal/uninstall operations the problem disappeared.
No idea what might have had caused it in the first place.
