I’ve purchased and installed this addon, but it seems really inconsistent. In the extension setting screen, I’m only shown 2 channels for configuration, when my site has a total of 7. Also, if I try to switch it off in the ‘Enable Geotagger for this site?’ section, it doesn’t keep it when I save.

Instead of troubleshooting the older version for Don, I shared version 3.0 of Geotagger which is now a proper fieldtype. The extension, tabs and modules have been removed in the later version.

Thanks, I’ve upgraded by am now having a very different issue. When I add a new entry with city, state, postal code filled in, it initially geocodes the entry. But it doesn’t actually *save* the entry. When I edit it again, none of those fields are saved.

Hi Don -
What other add-ons do you have installed? Geotagger doesn’t touch anything with saving the entry, that’s left to EE so I’m guessing this might be another add-on keeping the save from functioning properly.
Best -

I don’t see any add-ons that I’ve previously seen issues with. Would it be possible for you to give me control panel access so I can troubleshoot? You can email the details to support at natural-logic.com

For posterity, I had the latitude and longitude custom fields set to ‘Integer’. When I changed these to ‘Any’ everything popped. Thanks for the help!
