Hi I just purchased Firemail and I am excited to begin using it but I am having trouble with file uploads.
I am running EE 2.5.2 with MSM and the latest version of Firemail. I am only using Firemail on one site and it is not the parent site so the module is installed at the parent site. When I attempt to upload a photo the file browser shows this error message:
Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/nfs:/tmp:/usr/local:/etc/apache2/gs-bin) in /nfs/c07/h01/mnt/108712/domains/dayofservice.org/html/themes/third_party/firemail/filemanager/scripts/jquery.filetree/connectors/jqueryFileTree.php on line 32
Please advise on how to resolve this.
Thanks.
Forrest

hi forrest,
have you created an upload destination called Firemail in the site where the error occurs as outlined in step 5 of the installation instructions?
