Getting “not authorized to use File Manager” all of the sudden

Hi - Family/client member of mine is all of the sudden getting a “not authorized to use File Manager” error when trying to pick out photos to insert into a Firemail template.
Any ideas?
He’s able to upload files fine. Manually entering the URL to the photo that is uploaded works. The normal Content/Files/File Manager works just fine for uploading/editing/deleting, etc.
It’s only the Firemail file picker that is now throwing the error and I’m not sure what to do.
Happy to share login credentials if that would help?

I would have the client test on a recent version of Google Chrome to rule out that it is a browser issue. If it is still an issue then please send access to info@putyourlightson.net with details and we’ll be happy to take a look at it.
