Hello,
I wanted to know, is there a way, in your mail-statistics window, to see who saw my emails?
I wrote a newsletter and now I want to send the people a follow up mail. But only those, who didn’t click through it. Is there a way I can see it?
Furthermore, look at this statistic.
How can it be, that only 52 people clicked on links in my newsletter, but one of the links has a click-rate of over 1600? Nowhere else is this linked, so only people with this newsletter can click on it.

Firemail doesn’t keep those sort of advanced statistics I’m afraid. The statistics on opens and clicks are tied to encrypted subscriber details, and are meant only to be used as aggregate numbers.
Re: the statistics you link to - it’s technically possibly that some of those 52 unique readers who clicked, did so many, many times. A number of clicks for a particular link which is higher than the total number of readers who clicked is not strange. But that is a particularly high number -but it does seem like an anomaly, and this is not behaviour that’s been reported before.
