Bullet button is missing

Hi,
I have a website (EE version 2.11.3) which is using version 3.4.7. I’m using the exact same versions for other websites and this always works perfectly, but now the bullets button is missing.
How do I solve this?

Go to the Expresso configuration screen (Add-Ons > Fieldtypes > Expresso) and make sure that the Lists icon is checked in the Toolbar Icons setting.

There is no List icon as you can see in the attachment.

It looks like for some reason the icon for the List Block is showing up as Maximize instead (third item in). Can you delete and then re-upload /themes/third_party/expresso in its entirety, clear your cache, and then try again?

After re-uploading the plugin files in the themes folder and clearing the cache the problem still occurs.
But after selecting the third selectbox the List options in the editor are working fine.

Glad to hear it. Does the List Block icon now show up properly on the Publish screen after activating it?
