Sorry to be a bother (again) ...I keep running into random issues with Expresso.
This one slipped by me as I forgot to turn debugging back on, but, with debugging one, I see the following error in the admin while editing/publishing a channel with an Expresso field:
Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /my_site/system/ee/legacy/core/Exceptions.php:112)
