Purchased 10 site license, module not showing up on installation

Hello, we purchased a 10 site license on Feb 21 2015. I recently installed this on a site (EE 3.5.17) but after installing I don’t see it showing up on the Add-ons page. Is it because the 10 site license is discontinued? If so, can we receive 10 individual licenses so we can continue using Escort?

Escort doesn’t do any sort of license enforcement, so that’s not why the add-on is not showing up. My guess is that you have not downloaded the current EE3+ compatible version - or have, but mistakenly uploaded the EE2 version instead (both are included in the download).

Hi, thanks. I just downloaded the 10-pack today and there doesn’t seem to be two different versions (one for EE2 and one for EE3) in my download. After unzipping this is all that exists in the folder: escort-114-10sites\escort-114-10sites\system\expressionengine\third_party\escort

Ah, yeah, that makes sense, since the 10-site license was only sold for EE2. (It was never sold for EE3+.)
So you’ll need to buy individual licences for the EE3+ version.
