Escort is sending my Freeform notifications correctly through Mandrill, but emails sent through EE Communicate or RogEE Email-from-Template seem to ignore it and just go through my standard EE email configuration. Is there anything I should do? Thanks.

That’s very odd, as Freeform, the Communicate tab, and Email-From-Template all use EE’s email class, which is the key to Escort working. Have you tried with very simple test emails? Both HTML and plain text? There must be a common denominator here.
