Redclaring Cache error

Hi!

Just upgraded in an attempt to bypass the CSRF error, ended up disabling CSRF and got half way through the set up process but now any action errors to

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Cache in /var/www/etc/expressionengine/third_party/entry_analytics/libraries/Cache.php on line 16

Any thoughts?
