After disabling and re-enabling the field in Zenbu I got this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class RGB in /sys/expressionengine/third_party/entry_analytics/libraries/jpgraph/jpgraph_rgb.inc.php on line 19

That’s odd. Is this the complete message though? Usually, it’ll tell you where it was initially declared?

Yep, that’s the whole thing. Seems to also not be generating the little graph in the entry either. Come to think of it, I don’t think I checked it after the last update….
