Hello,
I have a site I inherited from another Dev. The client is asking me to fix an issue that she describes like this:
The quiz complete counter is not working properly. It shows Failed quizzes as complete for some reason. Therefore, it tells a user they have completed all 60 courses, but does not show all 12 Trophies for fully completing the quizzes.
you can see Failed Attempts being counted as Complete in the Status column. Failed attempts should be shown as In Progress in the Status column. There is one that is showing correctly. I have attached a screen shot for reference.
Have attached a screenshot.
Please advise.

‘complete’ here means they have answered (attempted) all questions.
‘failed’ is determined by the pass mark for that particular test.
