less not recompiling

I’m giving Eeless and Twitter Bootstrap a shot but for some reason the .css file doesn’t want to automatically recompile when I make changes to the .less files. I have to manually remove the .css file and reload the page to get things to work right. Is this a caching issue (clearing my cache didn’t clear the .css file either though) or a bug with Eeless?
