Line 275 of Developer 1.7 has expresso mentioned:
$html .= '<li><a href="'.BASE.'&C=addons_fieldtypes&M=global_settings&ft;=expresso='.strtolower($row->name).'" tabindex="-1">'.ucwords(str_replace('_', ' ', $row->name)).'</a></li>';
which results in an You are not authorized to access this page error.
