Something’s gone wrong when trying to upgrade my site to EE 2.4 but I also upgraded Developer to 1.4 and I’m now getting:
A Database Error Occurred
Error Number: 1146
Table ‘ee.exp_developer_log’ doesn’t exist
SELECT COUNT(*) AS `numrows` FROM (`exp_developer_log`) WHERE `viewed` = ‘n’
Filename: models/tools_model.php
Line Number: 257
I’ve tried deleting the reference to the Developer accessory directly from the database but that didn’t change anything.

Sorry, just realised that exp_developer_log is a new EE table and nothing to do with this accessory.

Ended up having to create the database changes manually. :/
