I am using the Focus Lab config, and have changed the path of the third_party themes folder.
It looks like detour pro 1.5.1 doesn’t support the URL_THIRD_THEMES constant and instead is assuming the themes folder is in the default location.
It’s missing something like this:
$theme_folder_url = defined('URL_THIRD_THEMES') ? URL_THIRD_THEMES : $this->EE->config->slash_item('theme_folder_url').'third_party/';
