Removing index.php and non-www to www htaccess stuff

General

IC360 (Oliver Cannell)

In my current htaccess file, I have the following common items:

#non-www to www
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.domainname\.co.uk$
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.domainname.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L]

# Removes index.php from ExpressionEngine URLs
RewriteCond $1 !\.(gif|jpe?g|png|xml|htm|html)$ [NC]
# Show these file types without going through Expression Engine first
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?/$1 [L]

How does Detour Pro deal with these?
