Hi tcmagnet

Underneath that, it will show the offending comment. I assume it is missing an email address or an author name? How many comments have you got like this?

Hi, I’m having this issue as well. How do I resolve it?

Hi Drafthouse

As the error says.. the comment in your database is either missing a name or email (to date I have no idea how this happens, since EE requires a name & email for comments). Just fix the comment in your database and continue.

If you have further questions, can you post them in Get Satisfaction (http://getsatisfaction.com/expresso).. The Devotee forums aren’t very reliable about notifying follow up posts, so we tend to miss threads :)

Cheers
Adrian

Thanks, I’ll give that a try. Does CX restart the import from the very beginning or does it continue from where it stopped when the error hits?

It only imports comments which haven’t already been imported. So it won’t start from the beginning :)
