Hi Brian,

I’ve set up CSM as you suggested (the non-ajax way).

I’m using Structure and Freebie to switch languages.

I’ve set up a template members/register and assigned this as a page in Structure and assigned the template as both Submission Error and General Error in CSM.

The form is at example.com/en/members/register

When I try an unsuccessful registration the page returns to example.com/members/register (note no ‘en’).
/en/ is the {freebie_1} segment with is the language switcher.

How can I make CSM acknowledge {freebie_1}?

Is this a Structure, Freebie or CSM issue?

Oh geez, this is a tough one. I’m pretty sure it isn’t a CSM issue b/c it doesn’t do anything with URLs. It’s probably a core EE thing, or possibly Structure. Did you set the redirect/return parameter on the registration form to contain the language segment?

Yes, I’ve set the redirect/return parameter on the form.

I tried writing as ‘{freebie_1}/template’ and also hard coding it as ‘en/template’.

But both give the same results as mentioned in my first post.

Do you think there another way round this? My Structure + Freebie method was working like a dream until I got to User Messages!
