Static caching is throwing NSPOSIXErrorDomain:100 errors in Mac Safari and Iphone

At first load of the static cached page, the website shows as normal.
But whenever I change a page and return to the homepage through logo link in the header to / or {site_url}
Safari throws this error:
NSPOSIXErrorDomain:100 errors
I reverted my homepage to standard filecaching and this behaviour stops.
How to resolve this?

Hi, alphawolf!
I don’t know what could be causing that browser error. I haven’t encountered it before. I did some searching but I didn’t find a clear cause or solution for that Safari issue.
I’m glad sticking to the file driver is working. Hopefully someone else has run across that Safari issue and will chime in with a solution.
