Hi,
I am wondering if BrilliantRetail is able to have different customer groups? We have a client who has multiple levels of trade pricing and needs to be able to separate customers into groups to give them different prices.
There is also a minimum order value requirement for the trade customers. Has anything of this nature been implemented? This is not the case for ‘normal’ retail customers, who will also be able to purchase.
Thanks in advance for your advice on this.

Hello Paul,
BR supports member based pricing and tiered pricing. So you could set a product price per member group and set tiered prices that are only available to certain member groups:
For example:
Pricing for a t-shirt:
All Groups - (Quantity 1) - Price $19.99
Wholes Group - - (Quantity >= 5) - Price $15.99
Wholes Group - - (Quantity >= 15) - Price $10.99
Everyone would see a price of $19.99 for one item and wholesale members (logged in) would see tiered pricing options for quantity >= 5 and >= 15.
If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to let us know. You can post questions directly to our forum as well.
