Does the tag pair allow for conditional, I have tried the common variations and cant get it to play?

Sorry, I have not been getting the email notifications from these requests. :( Conditional where? Within the pair or outside? Outside of the tag pair it should work like any other tag. Inside of the tag pair you may run into parse order issues…
