Fight Registration Spam with Reg Restrict!

With Reg Restrict, you can restrict new registrations based on email domain. (i.e. You can allow new sign-ups only from users with emails at your chosen domains.)

  • Require new users to register with email addresses from your chosen domains
  • Automatically assign new users to a different member groups based on email domain

Plays nice with Solspace User module

Reg Restrict detects when the Solspace User module is active (and when Email-as-Username is set) and adapts seamlessly.

Reg Restrict is free software, available under the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike License. We’ve used it on several projects of our own and have released it to the community in the hopes that it’ll save you a bit of time in your own work. We don’t have plans to update this Reg Restrict for EE3 immediately, but we may do so on request — If you have a project that needs this functionality, get in touch!
