I modded this to wrap the redirect call in a conditional to make sure a URL was provided. This allows the ability to conditionally redirect if a URL is provided for an entry.

A very easy to use add-on that does exactly what it promises - provides a valid 301 redirect without having to enable php in the template. A great resource.
