Displaying ExpressionEngine entries in the exact order that you want can be difficult. Low Reorder makes this easy for you and your clients. Create Sets of entries, apply filters to it, and then just drag and drop the matching entries in the right order. It's quick, easy and your users will love it.
Low Reorder works with Sets. Per set, you can define filters that will result in a sortable list of entries. You then drag and drop the entries in the right order, hit save, and you’re done. Just use the simple template tags to display the entries and you need not worry about manually changing entry dates anymore.
Low Reorder requires EE 2.4+, EE 3.1+ or EE 4+. There’s a legacy version for EE1 compatibility.

Hooks Used
If the add-on is an extension, and ties into ExpressionEngine's core files, it will use ExpressionEngine hooks. We are listing any hooks the add-on uses for developers to have an easier time locating other add-ons that they can reference for their own work.

Freaking awesome. Thank you Low! (using with EE 45.1.3)

Incredible how handy this add-on is. I was having issues with native previous/next entry linking because that doesn’t account for filtered entries. By using Low Reorder instead, I had my issue solved in 5 minutes. Also, no more sorting these entries by entry date (tedious). Great add-on.

I would give this 10 stars if I could, super easy to setup and use.

Been using this for years and always happy with how handy it was. Finally just now updated to 2.2 and I *love* the addition of sets. Super duper handy!

This is just amazing! We had some content that was being managed manually. Finally threw em in a Channel and needed order. Not only does this allow future & expired entries so you can manage sequence in advance, but the template tag mimics EE’s channel entries’ meaning the output can be filtered.

Low reorderis a MUST HAVE for any expression engine user, very clear and nice module!

The best part of using this add-on is watching the smile on a client’s face when you demo it the first time.
Good, good stuff. But really, everything Low touches seems to be made of magic, so it’s no surprise.

Easily worth every cent. As with all Low’s products this one is well polished and easy to use. Allowing expert and novice alike to accomplish a normally complex task with ease!

The canonical solution for custom ordering of entries - look nowhere else. Add the ability to reorder entries within the Publish screen and I’ll give it eleven-hundred stars.

Another excellent add-on from Low. I had reservations about the change in v2 but then I realized that it didn’t matter if I’m using channel:entries or low_reorder:entries because low_reorder:entries does everything channel:entries does. Super smart in my opinion and more add-ons should do the same.

A great solution that makes my life easier and clients love using.

v1 was fine, but v2 seems like complete overkill, having to not use the channel:entries tag simply to order by a custom field. I hope v1 continues to be a product, perhaps the two could be split into different products.

Pure quality.

Is now an automatic install on any site I build. Brilliant.

Very nice module. The only thing I can think of to make it even better is when you select Ascending or Descending in the settings, that it would reflect that when reordering the entries. Still, a very nice module for sure!

Awesome, awesome, awesome! It works exactly as presented here, and it’s was a huge help with our website. Thank you Low!

I bought this add-on for the sole purpose of being able to easily and quickly re-order entries within categories for my website.
This add-on was simple to install and the instructions were very clear. Within 5 minutes I had achieved what I set out to do.
Steven Langbroek 01.27.11
Absolutely brilliant, both in concept and execution! Also, Low’s a real stand-up guy as far as support’s concerned :).
Erwin Heiser 01.05.11
A life-saver for dealing with fiddly clients :)
Being able to do this per category is the icing on the cake.
mel 10.27.10
This is simply fabulous! Genius! A total must-have!
Kristof Rutten 09.20.10
An add-on I’ll include with all further #EE projects. A must have if you think about building any type of catalog/shop/promo-site/...
RealJustinLong 09.13.10
Great that I no longer need to use a Playa field or similar to order entries by something other then date or a custom field. Watching someone use it for 30 seconds was enough for me to know that it was well worth the low cost.
Andy Johnson 09.13.10
Easy to use, well-documented, and does just what it promises. I don’t think I’ll ever again edit channel entries just to reorder!
iain 08.27.10
Fantastic add-on, being able to order by category is a life saver, thank you Low
R.BIRD 06.17.10
It seems I’m always creating channel entries that need to be sorted by something other than date or alpha. So, I would create my own custom field to sort on. But, this method would quickly become unwieldy with any more than 7 entries. Low Reorder to the rescue! Easy to install and configure.
