License For Use.
This software is authorized for installation on one (1) single site. Each additional domain the software is deployed to requires an additional paid license. For testing purposes, each authorized domain may also be paired with a single corresponding development domain. The development domain for an authorized installation must not be publicly accessible.
Updates are available for 6 months, after which a renewal of the license will be required to download further updates.
Modification.
Modification of the software is allowed, however the author requests that any such modifications be sent to the author for review. Under no circumstances may modified copies of the software be distributed to third parties through any mechanism.
Disclaimer of Warranty.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Support.
All add-ons covered by this license come with unlimited support for 6 months. After this period, a new license must be purchased in order to continue receiving support. Support requests are restricted to the following avenues:
* Online through Devot:ee’s support forums for each add-on (prefered)
* Via email addressed to airways@mm.st (to be used only for support requests which contain sensitive information)
In no case will the author perform direct changes to server environments. This is in an effort to protect your sites since we cannot always anticipate how you have setup a site or how you are using our add-ons. Because of this we provide support in terms of instructions which you should perform using your own judgment. Final responsibility for stability of your site however remains with you.
