Works as described. As mentioned, a member group filter would make this even more handy.

A very useful add-on. Similar to Publishers Clearinghouse for EE1. The only improvement would be the ability to adjust show/hide per member group.

This accessory gives you a “hide” button in your “admin > channel management” area. Just click the “hide” button and the selected channel no longer appears in the publish dropdown, so people cannot publish a new entry to this channel. Fabulous, thank you. Should be built into EE natively.

Seriously – why isn’t this built in? I can’t think of single EE site I’ve built for a client where I didn’t want them to see an item in the Publish menu! Thank you for this EE2-ready add-on, I’m applying it to several sites right now.
