Question: - What is a lead list?
Answer: - A Lead list is a collection of a particular kind of contacts in a single list at the CRM.

The module admin panel will have the following settings -
1. Zoho settings -
a. Auth-Token: - Text Field.
Question: - How to generate AUTH TOKEN,
Answer: - Please follow the link for creating the auth token. https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#OAuth2_0

2. Refresh: - This action fetches all your fields from Zoho to your System, and then you can configure or map freeform fields with your Zoho fields.
Whenever, there is any change or addition in the field on Zoho then do not forget to refresh the fields from here to get the updated fields from Zoho. Also, ensure that updated fields are present in the already mapped freeform settings to avoid any glitches.

3. Freefom settings
a. Select Freeform and start mapping (All the freeforms will be started showing here, already mapped freeform will be eliminated from the drop-down)
b. Zoho Lead Owner Name: - This is a select box with the list of all lead owners at the CRM.
c. Map the fields- All the fields will be shown here once you have refreshed all the fields. You can map the Zoho fields of different categories to any of the Freeform fields.
d. These fields must have a field for mapping the lead list name. This field is supposed to be sent as hidden in the post and the module will handle the rest.
e. e. The last row in this mapping page is the conditional boxes. Here may come a situation when you need to send the lead to a different lead owner in the CRM. For example – if contact_region is SoutEast then the lead owner should be ‘southeastmanager@mail.com’, we can add this type of conditions in that conditional settings. You can set an ‘exact’ match or a ‘like’ match of one field in the submitted data and can change the lead owner for that particular submission. These conditions can also be multiple i.e. if ‘region’ has this, or ‘County’ has this etc. The first match works and the lead is assigned to the first match owner if none of the condition matches the lead is assigned to the default lead owner.

4. Member Settings
a. The same thing will be applied for the member registration, at the time of registration, we can move the contacts to the Zoho CRM.
b. There is a checkbox option, that create contact in Zoho CRM after member registration. If checked, the dropdown will show the list of all member groups.
c. Member group can be selected, so the members registred in that group will be sent to the CRM and can be assigned to the default lead owner, that is set at the top of the settings.
d. Map the fields- All custom fields can be mapped with the relevant CRM fields.

Note: - Kindly ensure the required fields of Zoho are mapped here when you’ll map any freeform or member to transfer the data to Zoho. If any required fields of Zoho is not mapped then no data will be moved to Zoho CRM.
