Search videos online

Dukt Videos lets you search videos from the Internet, right from the ExpressionEngine Control panel. Preview and play the videos you’re interested in, and once you’ve made your choice, click “selected” to use the video in your entry.
You can easily switch between the results coming from YouTube and the ones coming from Vimeo.
Connect your account
Dukt Videos for ExpressionEngine lets you connect to your YouTube or Vimeo account. Once connected to the api, it lets you retrieve the videos you have uploaded, or the ones that you set as favorite.
Dukt Videos is a fieldtype which means that you will be able to attach a video field to your channel entries.
Compatible with Matrix, you can make the video field repeatable in an entry
Field tags let you access video meta data such as title, description, thumbnails and more.
Meta data & Thumbnails
Access the meta data video from your template tags, Dukt Videos tags let you display details about video : title, thumbnail, description, duration, play count, and more… See the documentation for the full list of supported meta data.
HTML5 & Mobile ready
Dukt Videos plays nice with HTML5 & mobile devices like the iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch. But actually, you don’t care ! It’s handled automatically by the universal iframe embeds provided by YouTube and Vimeo. They play HTML5 and Flash fallback when needed.
