Can’t create a VZ URL field for members

The VZ URL field type appears when I create channel fields, but not when I create member fields. We have custom fields for members to input their social media profiles and I’d like to use this extension for those fields. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, EE’s native member fields don’t support custom fieldtypes. You will need to use a 3rd-party system like Zoo Visitor if you want anything other than simple text-fields. VZ URL works great with Zoo Visitor, though!
