File insert doesn’t work

EE 2.1.3, TEH 2.0.2.
If I click the image icon, the default EE file manager pops up. If I then select a pdf, this html is inserted:
<a href="{filedir_2}">
Any way to fix this, perhaps?

Hi Low,
I’ve pushed a new version (2.0.3) that should fix this bug with placing files from EE’s file manager.
You can download from github here: https://github.com/imagehat/ih.textile_editor.ee2_addon
Let me know if you still run into any issues after updating.
