[Implemented] Remove unnecessary template menu from Add/Edit Node form

When there is only one template selected in tree settings, it would make sense to default to that template on the Add/Edit node form - either remove the drop-down or just display the default template slug as text.

Remove unnecessary choices = better usability.

Hi Guru,

Agreed. I’ve removed the “—” option if there is only one template available for the user, both in the fieldtype and in the module interface.

Version 2.0.7.2 is available for download which includes this change.
