Hi there - just thought I would ask about future MSM compatibility for switchee and ifelse - they’ve quickly because must-have enhancements to native EE functionality in the sites I build and I’m eager to use them on MSM projects as well. Just wondering if that’s on the roadmap for the future or not.
Cheers.

Both work great with MSM!
These plugins evaluate variables in the EE environment. If you are creating custom localised variables per site then you can of course create swtich/case and if/else conditionals that evaluate them and provide different outcomes per site. There are all sorts of creative ways to use them with MSM, such as site switching, providing fallback content, loading shared templates, loading a localised language and much more. One day I’ll get round to writing some of these techniques up…

Wow, great to hear that Switchee works with MSM—I’ve been looking at that and Stash to add to my site (FYI Mark your output is amazing). If I may ask, why are both marked as not compatible with MSM? Is there something I need to be aware when installing them into my EE install?
