I’m trying out Socialee with MSM, currently on an EE 1.6.8 site, but in the future also on 2.1.3.
Everything seems to be working smoothly with two different sites under MSM. The only missing feature is the ability to assign new users to different member groups, depending on which site they logged in from.
It could be done via the control panel, but maybe an easier way would be to just add a groupID parameter to exp:socialee:login, like this:
{exp:socialee:login groupid="7" return_url="http://www.example.com/homepage"}
I know that development has stopped on Socialee for EE1, but is there any chance you could provide such a patch for Socialee 1.1.1?
If not, could you point me to where in the code I could do so myself? Later on I propose a similar change for EE2.
Also, the type=“embed” parameter doesn’t seem to work on EE1. Is that a later feature?
