Also forgot to mention, currently there isn’t a batch edit or delete command for entries (both are coming pretty soon), however it is pretty easy to clear out an entire form. You simply need to recreate it by doing this:
Make the fields reusable by doing this for each field:
1. Click the Edit link for each field (either from the global Fields listing or from the form’s Layout tab)
2. Check the field’s option “Reusable”
3. Click Submit
After doing this for all fields on the form, write down or remember the settings you have set for it, then delete the form. This will drop all information related to the form - except for the actual field definitions.
Now create a new form, and notice that you have all your old fields available in the Library now. Click on each one in turn to assign it to the form, then rearrange them how you’d like, and click Submit to save the layout (I recommend adding them all then doing the layout since it reduces the number of clicks).
I’ll be working on adding batch operations very soon, but doing this procedure should work for testing purposes.
I’d still be very interested to get the above info and figure out why you have so many entries - this is the first report I’ve heard of anything like this happening and I’d like to make sure there isn’t a bug causing it.
