system above webroot on enginehosting

Hi, to get minimee working on enginehosting with the system above root I had to make to following tweek in ext.minimee.php:

Changed line 253 to:
require_once(PATH_THIRD. ‘minimee/libraries/HTML.php’);

Hi smartin,

Thanks for reporting this - odd, I run system above root all the time and never have trouble.  Though I haven’t used EH before but have seen on occasion their setup having unusual consequences.

I appreciate you letting me know!  I’ll push an update out with this fix, and incorporate the change in the 2.x beta (on my GitHub if you’re interested).
