Hi FileVault installed—download_link is working with the file_path parameter—recording data in the appropriate table etc

When I use download_count with the file_path parameter the count is always returned as 0 (even when it is not)—Is there something I am missing?

Steve, are you able to get a download count using any other parameters? For example, instead of file_path can you get the count using the file_name and directory parameter combo instead, or is download_count returning nothing for you no matter what you do?
