My client is getting an error that says “cache_data_missing”
The batch size is set to “50”. I tested it with a test mailing list of 1414 recipients and it sent them all no problem. But he’s testing it with a list of 26912 and it stops at 160 emails and throws the “cache_data_missing” error.

that error is thrown in the batch send function when the email id does not exist in the database. could it be that the client accidentally deleted the email during or before the batch sending process? i don’t have any other explanation for this issue…

I’m having this issue as well, just tried sending myself… I simply selected several mailing lists, imported the template, set a subject etc. and I’m now getting this error. No settings have been changed in the mean-time.

Just checked, this occurs when sending to large lists (13.000+ in our case). Can you look into this?
