Member group settings and manual access to old CP

This is a great extension. Does exactly what I need it to do.

But there’s a couple feature requests I’d like to make:

Manual Access to original CP Homepage:
I’d like to be able to get to the old control panel homepage if I wanted to. There are certain extensions that only display information there: Solspace Software Update, LG Addon Updater, Google Analytics Panel, etc.

Per Member Group Settings:
It would be nice to change this setting on a member group basis. So for instance, “Editors” are redirected to a certain page, while “Content Managers” are sent somewhere else and Super Admins aren’t redirected at all. Different areas of the control panel can be hidden from certain member groups after all.
