This simple pluggin lets you track any entry using the standard view_count fields. Useful to track entries when EE is not aware that a page is a single entry page, for example when using Structure + Freebie.

This pluggin updates the exp_channel_titles table, use under your own responsability.

Usage:
To add a view to tracker use this:
{exp:s_tracker:track entry_id=“15” field=“one”}
To show the number of views use this:
{exp:s_tracker:show entry_id=“15” field=“one”}
Both tags use this params:
- entry_id (required)
- field (optional, defaults to view_count_one)
EE has 4 fields avaiable to track entries, you can use numbers (1, 2, 3, 4) or words (one, two, three, four)
