Tags

Automatically create and display your own short url's. Add a single tag to your page and instantly be given a short url at your site (i.e. http://example.com/b6).

Shorty automatically create and display your own short url’s.  By adding a single tag to your page you will be given a short url at your site’s url (i.e. http://example.com/b6).

Usage

Simply put the following tag somewhere in your page or template where you want to display the short url:

{exp:shorty:url}

This will return something along the lines of this:

http://example.com/b6

Then when visitors visit the short URL, they will be redirected to the appropriate page via a 301 Permanent redirect.
