devot:eeDevoted to ExpressionEngine

Allows users to tweet blog entries, and will optionally automatically shorten the URL using is.gd or bit.ly.

This was based off of Eric Barnes’ work on Tweet This.

Sample Usage

{exp:shortn_tweet title="" url="{url_title_path=weblog/item}" short_url="bit.ly"}
  <li><a href="{twt:twitter_url}{twt:title} {twt:title_url} (via @masuga)">Tweet this thang</a></li>
{/exp:shortn_tweet}

Would result in a list item containing a link that reads “Tweet this thang.” Clicking the link takes you to Twitter and pre-fills your tweet with (for example): “This is The Title of the Article http://bit.ly/GZa10 (via @masuga)”
