Securit:ee is a security suite for ExpressionEngine 2. Securit:ee adds a number of security enhancements to ExpressionEngine including an Encryption Fieldtyp, file monitor, CP login alert, CP and Client Side IP locker, CP Quick Deny and security scanner. Plus, completely tested on Windows with Apache and IIS!

Securit:ee is a security suite for ExpressionEngine 2. Securit:ee adds a number of security enhancements to ExpressionEngine including:

  1.   Security Scanner
      Makes sure your site is configured properly
  2.   File Monitor
      To look for and notify site administrators of unauthorized modifications to the file system
  3. Control Panel and Client Side IP Locker
    Makes sure access to the Control Panel or Client Side only happens from authorized locations
  4.   Control Panel Login Alert
      Sends an email when someone logs into your control panel so you know if someone’s compromised your site.
  5.   Encryption Fieldtype
      Store sensitive data within ExpressionEngines channel entries with sanity. Encrypts and decrypts data based on user groups for extra flexibility.
  6.   CP Quick Deny
      The CP Quick Deny allows Super Admins to quickly remove CP access for specific user groups.

What else can you ask for in a security plugin?! Awesome functionality, definitely taught me a lot about securing my site (which had recently been hacked), and way above and beyond support. Worth every penny, and an absolutely essential for every EE install, hands down.

Great security boost, and as for support Erick is very patient and responded to all my questions.
I had some trouble getting it to work on an home based server Eric came in and fixed it,  If you have a problem, his support is amazing.

One of the best #eecms features is the system security, light-years of distance from any popular cms. But Securit:ee fills extra steps to improve the security, not only in your site, but in your server account - because gerally the host servers has security holes. In theses days, dont think. Buy it.
