The Relative Date plugin outputs time in a manner similar to the time_ago_in_words method in Rails.

This is a modification the original relative_date plugin (originally done by David Rencher, the developer behind Image Sizer (which can no longer be found online, as of this writing - _Editor_)) to use a “PHP method that behaves like the time_ago_in_words method in Rails”:http://snippets.dzone.com/posts/show/5658.
