This plugin lets you display latest PMs as well as PMs by certain sender.

Sorry Yuri, but you have created a tool that specifically breaks the law. Reading a private message or email sent between 2 people violates privacy laws and you can face jail time. If you want to stop spam messaging, you need people to report it.
