MX Custom Tabs allows you to create a custom tabs and link them to custom fields.
For example I choose the situation when a weblog for the news page has fields both in English and French. e.g. English is a major language for publish page. If the author decides to add text for French language, he will need to open another tab.

Hooks Used
If the add-on is an extension, and ties into ExpressionEngine's core files, it will use ExpressionEngine hooks. We are listing any hooks the add-on uses for developers to have an easier time locating other add-ons that they can reference for their own work.

Part of this add-on is a folder that goes in the system->lib folder. Keep this in mind when updating EE. You will get a blank cp panel if that folder is missing. I guess there is probably no way around it, but it is a pain.
