With Moderate Once only the first comment of a person needs to be approved. Once that first comment has been approved any subsequent comments by that person are no longer moderated and get posted automatically.
Moderate Once is meant to complement ExpressionEngine’s Comment Moderation feature.
When using this extension only the first comment of a person needs to be approved. Once that first comment has been approved any subsequent comments by that person are no longer moderated and get posted automatically.
The check is based on the user’s email address. Before a comment is marked as closed the extension will look whether open comments under that address already exist in either the same weblog, the same (MSM-)site or any weblog. The search scope can be configured on a per-weblog basis.
