Nice simple countdown plugin. Provide a date (can be provided in human readable format) and you then have access to {years}, {months}, {days}, {hours}, {minutes} variables.
Plugin Usage :

Plugin works great IF you don’t want to display the date after it’s expired (E.g. 0 Days 0 Hours Left etc)
It seems to a bit buggy after the date has past. Support seems to be limited also, this bug has been around & reported for around 5 months
