This extension allows you to effectively style pagination with your own tags and styles, giving the user more complete control over the pagination output.
This add-on was originally based off of Bystrom pagination, a popular EE1 and EE2.0 Extension. It has been re-written for EE 2.1 with optimizations and additional features, as well as support for MSM and site specific pagination settings.
Once installed, the addon allows you to customize your tag settings for each pagination item through your control panel. Addons -> Extensions -> Logiq Paginaion [settings]
You can use li or div elements as common examples, but its really up to your imagination.
Thanks to Michael Bystrom for the idea and starting codebase.

Hooks Used
If the add-on is an extension, and ties into ExpressionEngine's core files, it will use ExpressionEngine hooks. We are listing any hooks the add-on uses for developers to have an easier time locating other add-ons that they can reference for their own work.

Unfortunately this add-on overrides all channel entries pagination methods, causing complete incompatibility with nearly all 3rd party add-ons that support pagination in some shape or form.
Looks like Logiq may have realized this and bailed on the extension. Too bad.

While I can’t speak for any conflicts, it does what it says it does. Only thing I could wish for is the ability to modify the <a> link tags themselves!

This is a great concept and a needed add-on, but it conflicts with several other add-on makers who have written (or over-written) pagination routines of their own. The link to download also doesn’t work at this point.
